Kapalua partnered with Prestwick just over 8 years ago and has remained a loyal partner through the years. Prestwick was able to assist Kapalua with furnishing various areas of their resort and golf course from podiums and umbrellas to beverage stations and bag stands.
Prestwick partnered with the Ocean Reef Club back in 2018. What started as a project for signage expanded into various Prestwick site furnishing throughout the club. Ocean Reef Club was able to experience how Prestwick customizes anything from logos to specific furniture customizations.
Full property approach comes to mind when talking about Hotel de Coronado. To create a cohesive look around their property, Hotel de Coronado furnished their property with everything from waste and recycle solutions to the signage around their grounds. We have been a proud partner to Hotel de Coronado since 2008 and continue that partnership to this day.
When San Diego State University decided to revamp its campus and update 7 different locations with furniture, they turned to The Prestwick Group and Sister Bay Furniture. Intrigued by our innovative chat chairs, spotted at a local country club, the university reached out for assistance. With our reputation for exceptional products and quick response, we were eager to take on the challenge.
Prestwick worked with the University of Wisconsin-Madison to help them address an underutilized space on their campus. The outdoor area of UW’s Union South serves as a multi-purpose gathering space for students, faculty, and the community.To enhance the comfort of the space, provide a gathering area for students, and increase the flexibility of the outdoor area, our design team incorporated high-top tables with bench seating, stools, and comfortable deep seating. The natural wood grain of the tables and chairs, along with the cushions and two-tone color combination matched Union South’s outdoor aesthetics. The space has become a student favorite for gathering between class, eating a meal, and holding study groups. With the outdoor furniture in place, it’s now a desirable and flexible location for groups to rent and host events.
In addition to becoming a campus-wide waste & recycling solution, Prestwick also outfitted Camp Randall Stadium with a multi-phased two-stream bin with a recycling stream eventually converting into an organic waste for a true zero waste solution.
When Kroenke Sports & Entertainment partnered with Ball Corporation as their Official and Exclusive Sustainability Partner, they announced the ambitious goal of transiting Ball Arena to aluminum beverage packaging for 100% of the venue’s concessions. To engage fans and create an efficient means of collection, Ball Arena came to Prestwick through its Max-R brand to design the venue’s new waste and recycle stations.
Ball Arena’s recycle stations check all the boxes. The gallon capacities are large enough to support high-traffic games and events without taxing their janitorial staff, waste streams were customized to ensure collection of the Arena’s aluminum recycle streams, and waste and recycle bins placed throughout the facility with quick and clear messaging help to drive compliance and ensures the organization meets its lofty sustainability goals.
Since partnering with Climate Pledge Arena in 2021, the team at Prestwick Group and Max-R has offered solutions and products aligning with their goal of receiving a net-zero certification. By helping identify waste streams and creating sustainable practices, not only has Climate Pledge Arena been recognized as the gold standard in the industry, but Max-R solutions have opened up sponsorship opportunities, co-branding partnerships and an elevated fan experience that have met their sustainability goals and generated revenue in new and exciting ways.
As the first zero-landfill stadium in Major League Soccer, Subaru Park and Philadelphia Union employed Max-R bins to help drive their zero-landfill goals.
Marker 88 came to Sister Bay Furniture with a unique set of requirements. First, any new furniture had to match the atmosphere of Marker 88, one of the Key’s most iconic dining experiences. Next it needed to stand up to the intense sun and salt-air of Southern Florida. And finally, bar chairs had to fit under the new, non-standard height bar they had just renovated. Sister Bay Furniture was able to deliver with our beautiful Minano collection. Our premium HDPE materials outlast the elements and with some unique customization, Sister Bay was able to adjust our standard height bar stools to slide perfectly into place at the new bar.
The Max-R team at the Prestwick Group maintains a solid relationship with Microsoft going back to 2020. Being an expert in traditional Waste & Recycling solutions, Micosoft looked to Max-R to create a custom bin solution that could be used to recycle e-waste and used electronic equipment. Our simple solution consisted of a customized bin with open top loads for larger electronics and a smaller, magnetized attachment for cell phones, batteries and smaller devices. To date, Max-R has shipped over 100 recycle bins to 65+ Microsoft locations and is proud to be a partner in their efforts to reduce e-waste.
When the City of Austin was looking to overhaul their waste & recycle bins, they turned to Max-R to create a cohesive, durable system throughout the city. We partnered with them to replace all of their concrete, rusted steel, and mismatched containers with our maintenance-free, recycled plastic round waste & recycle stations.
